The Case of the Disappearing Government Information

This post has nothing to do with religion, but as a librarian I feel compelled to post a link to an extremely informative and well-researched site documenting how the public's right-to-know is steadily encroached upon by the United States government.

Take a look at http://www.library.okstate.edu/Govdocs/chronchart.doc. It is a list of specific instances of the withholding of information, and in some cases the removal of information that was formerly available to the public, by the U.S. government. This list was compiled by Barbara Miller, a librarian who is (was?) a member of the Government Documents Round Table of the American Library Association. Unfortunately, the chronology ends at October 31, 2002.

If anyone out there knows of a list that takes up where this one left off, please let me know.
