On February 5, I attended a lecture by Randall Balmer at a nearby college. It was basically an outline, in speech form, of his latest book. The best quote of the evening was: "I will not allow the canons of Enlightenment rationalism to be the final arbiter of my faith."
I love that line! I too, am finding myself less and less concerned about what is real and true, and more concerned about Reality and Truth.
